Thank you for visiting our site while it is under construction.

John has been building custom furniture for the last 20 years. His passion for architecture blossomed into a love of building period-inspired furniture. His very first project was a waterbed he built for himself.

His largest projects include the Italian Renaissance Library (below), a Wooten Desk replica, a Victorian Gazebo for his mother, and various other period furniture. He recently completed a 7-foot long baking island inspired by Biltmore in Asheville, NC. He also builds Mission-style furniture.

John will be displaying a piece of his work publicly for the first time at the Artisans at the Firehouse Christmas Show in Robesonia, PA, November 30 through December 2, 2012. See https://www.facebook.com/ArtisansattheFirehouse for more information on the show.

Please email John at jsporter@porterfurniture.com for more information on his custom furniture.

We will be posting more information and a photo gallery of his work in the near future.

Please check back soon for our new Web site.
